The design process
Your garden room will be entirely tailored to your needs and designed to complement your home, whether it is a modern, newly-built home or a listed building. We want you to be as involved in the design process as you wish and we will work closely with you every step of the way.
The first stage of the journey is to come and see you at your property. This allows us to better understand the space available and for you to take some time to sit with us and discuss what you need. From this initial complementary survey, our designers will take some time to come up with some concepts and perfect your plan. We use the latest in 3D computer aided design software, working closely with our drawing office to visualise your project from every angle and see how it will look before it is manufactured.
Our designers have many years’ experience in construction design management and engineering. Many of our customers live in period properties and we have the confidence and understanding in working with planning and conservation officers. Listed properties, National Parks and Areas of Outstanding National Beauty all require sensitive designs. You can be assured of our knowledge of architectural styles to ensure your structure looks like it has been there all along.
The build process
If your project requires planning permission, we can happily assist with this. It can be a confusing process and we will answer any questions you have along the way and provide you with a full turnkey service if you wish. Once your design is approved, we can help with building regulations to ensure everything is prepared before manufacturing begins at our factory.
We offer a complete building service for your project, including plumbing and electrics. All of our contractors are individually approved by us to ensure your build is completed to the highest standard. If you have a preferred builder, we will provide a full set of building drawings and work with them along the way.
We have had the privilege of working on some intricate projects, working alongside the finest industry experts including architects and interior designers. We welcome the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals who recognise the quality and beauty of our structures.
Each of our structures originates with a unique design, tailored for its specific surroundings. If you are planning on creating a large kitchen extension or a smaller garden room for relaxation, take a look through our gallery and find inspiration from our showcase of styles and features that span any taste and style, from traditional to contemporary.
