We interviewed customer Jane Glossop to find out how she found the customer journey, and to provide you with a little insight for your own project decisions.
Did you do much research before choosing Marston & Langinger?
Having had one of the early Alitex greenhouses and following the story of Alitex Manufacturing taking on the Marston & Langinger brand, I had no hesitation in going straight to them to order my conservatory.
How did you know that the space you wanted to extend was the right location for your conservatory?
We were in a new house and with the very helpful advice from Managing Director Nick Bashford, we proceeded.
Did you visit us at Torberry Farm to see an existing structure? Did this help to visualise your own project?
Yes, a visit we found most helpful and enjoyable.
Did you spend long choosing the colour?
We feel the colour we have chosen is modern and very easy to live with. We have no regrets!
Did you always know you wanted a multipurpose space for plants and dining?
Yes, being a plant fanatic I was very keen to have ample space to grow things and to be able to appreciate them by having a dining space too.
How did you find the project journey?
Our Project Manager was Mark. He was highly professional and made the whole project enjoyable.
What’s your favourite thing about the conservatory?
I have the feeling of space, the main factor is that it is a very big part of our family life.
