Commercial Buildings

We have undertaken a number of commercial projects for clients across the country, working closely with architects and key industry professionals to deliver a structure beyond expectation.

We would be delighted to discuss your project with you and conduct a site visit to gain an understanding of your vision and requirements. Our sales designers come with years of professional industry experience to take you on a seamless journey from initial enquiry to delivery and installation.

One of our most significant commercial projects is a 3/4 span bespoke conservatory at Bowcliffe Hall in Wetherby. The conservatory, named ‘The Potting Shed‘ is one of the largest conservatory structures we have manufactured at nearly 13 metres long and can host up to 20 guests as an informal and formal dining space.

The double glazed conservatory, in ‘Downland Stone’ (BS10 B15) features clever ventilation and heating, making it a beautiful space for guests on the sunniest of days and the coldest of winter nights.

During the design process, we found the use of partitions perfect for adapting the structure to make it suitable for dining and growing. The central and west wing are double glazed and used for accommodating guests. Whilst the east wing, built using our Thomas Messenger glasshouse system, is single-glazed for growing kitchen vegetables and herbs.

“A refreshing and uplifting space, The Potting Shed provides the perfect venue. The anti-glare ceiling blinds deflect sunlight and heat without compromising the light and airy atmosphere.”

Each of our structures originates with a unique design, tailored for its specific surroundings. If you are planning on creating a large kitchen extension or a smaller garden room for relaxation, take a look through our gallery and find inspiration from our showcase of styles and features that span any taste and style, from traditional to contemporary.

Marston & Langinger can offer whatever you want from a wide spectrum of colours, from classic shades of white through to muted greens, greys and browns, inspired by our home set in the South Downs. Your choice is almost limitless.
